I would like to know in addition of any place that has a limited daily and seasonal temp variation and also limited barometer range, little variation in rainfall inches, snow amounts etc place where the weather hardly changes at all? thank you.

Absolutely. I am bipolar and every summer around July I get depressed and it lasts until October. I have come to expect it and know for a fact that it will go away when it cools off.
I figure the beginning of summer is best celebrated by a rant filmed in November about the beginning of winter…

I can understand people having seasonal affective disorder in areas where the weather change from summer-winter is more dramatic.
